Me and the People Around Me

 PART I: ME

I’m Justine Kyle Mendoza, born on September 29, 2008, and proud to be the youngest son in my family. Being the youngest comes with its perks and challenges, but it's shaped me into someone who values both independence and strong family bonds. As a senior high school student, I’m navigating the busy world of academics while also finding time for my passions, interests, and a bit of fun. One of my biggest passions? Online gaming. It’s more than just a hobby for me it’s a way to challenge my strategic thinking, improve my problem-solving skills, and connect with people from all over the world. Whether I’m immersed in a fast-paced battle or exploring new digital realms, gaming allows me to escape, focus, and sometimes even learn valuable teamwork skills. From multiplayer online battle arenas to first-person shooters, I enjoy the thrill of competition and the camaraderie that comes with it. Balancing my love for gaming with school has taught me a lot about time management and discipline. Being a senior high school student isn’t always easy, but I’m learning to prioritize my responsibilities while also making time for the things I enjoy. High school is a crucial time, and I'm determined to make the most of it both academically and personally. I’m working toward my future, exploring what career paths interest me, and figuring out how I can combine my skills with my passions. I’ve got big dreams. I believe that the experiences I have now—whether through school, gaming, or spending time with my family are shaping who I’ll become. I'm interested in exploring technology, and maybe even turning my passion for gaming into something more, whether that’s through game development, streaming, or other related fields. For now, though, I’m focused on growing, learning, and becoming the best version of myself.

PART II: THE PEOPLE AROUND ME
MY FAMILY

Family means everything to me, and I’m proud to introduce the incredible people who have shaped my life l,my family. We’re a group with unique personalities, shared memories, and a strong bond that holds us together.

My mother, Cherile Bayas Mendoza, was born on March 29, 1971. She’s the heart of our home, the one who keeps everything running smoothly, and always knows how to bring comfort and warmth to our lives. Her strength and love inspire me every day, and her wisdom is something I deeply admire. Whether it’s offering advice or just being there to listen, she’s always got my back.

Born on January 15, 1967, my dad, Mar Rivera Mendoza, is the foundation of our family. He’s a man of great dedication and hard work, always striving to provide the best for us. He’s not just a providerhe’s someone I look up to for his resilience, his humor, and his ability to make everything feel secure. My father’s guidance is something I treasure, and I’m grateful for the life lessons he’s taught me along the way.Unfortunately he died during the pandemic on February 14 2021

My older brother, Marc Jameel Bayas Mendoza, was born on August 26, 2006. Being just a couple of years older than me, he’s both a role model and a friend. We’ve had our share of sibling rivalry, but deep down, he’s someone I can always rely on. Whether it’s sharing gaming strategies or just hanging out, he’s been by my side through it all. His perspective as the older sibling has helped me see things in new ways, and I’m grateful for our bond.
